Microsoft’s Family Safety can be a pain in the backside to use. This is the software that categorizes every photo shared in a social network as “safe” or “unsafe” after it’s been uploaded. If your photos fall into the “unsafe” category, you won’t be able to share them on the social network you use.
Recently I installed the new Microsoft Family Safety update on my PC and I have noticed that the app is not opening at all. As far as I can tell the app is not notifying me of anything either. My only option is to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Not exactly helpful if you need the app to work properly. I’ve been using the Family Safety update for a couple of weeks now and I don’t have any issues with the app. I am running Windows 10 and I have advised Microsoft of my issue. Hopefully they will release a new update soon.
